Tornado Wire Ltd. receives Commendation Award for Pro-Strain® at RHASS Innovation Awards 2025

With just three days to go until the Royal Highland Show, Tornado Wire Ltd., a leader in fencing solutions, is proud to announce that its innovative Tornado Pro-Strain® System has been awarded a Commendation Award in the prestigious RHASS Innovation Awards 2025.

The RHASS Innovation Awards, the Royal Highland Show’s oldest and most respected competition, celebrate pioneering advancements that positively impact Scottish agriculture. This recognition highlights Tornado Wire’s commitment to innovation and excellence in agricultural fencing.

The award presentation will take place on Saturday, 21st June, during the Royal Highland Show.

What is the Pro-Strain® System?

Pro-Strain is a fence straining system offering key benefits over alternative systems. It was created following extensive feedback from some of the UK’s top agri fencing contractors looking for steel systems with better performance. Pro-Strain’s registered designs can replace traditional wooden strainers, that often suffer from short lifespan or contain harmful chemical treatments.

This is the second major accolade for the Pro-Strain® System in 2025, following its Silver Award in the Livestock Innovation of the Year category at LAMMA 2025.
