The Tornado Professional Contractors’ Network was launched in 2014 to support fencing professionals regardless of the size of their businesses. The Network is free to join and entitles members to a variety of benefits. Each new member receives a contractor resource pack, including a bespoke quote pad, stationery and a wide range of Tornado product data sheets. Any extra data sheets can be sent out on request for specific projects.TPCN members also receive regular updates from Tornado including information on product development, tips and advice from others in the industry and company news. Tornado also host contractor days such as factory tours, contactor education days and focus groups throughout the year.

Creating a contractor account on the website also gives you access to our unique Quote Builder tool, a downloadable library of datasheet PDFs, a photo library of product and in situ fence images and line diagrams.

The Quote Builder tool enables contractors to create customisable professional looking quotations and estimates in minutes from a smartphone or PC. A quote can be built based on a track from the smartphone app or by plotting the fence line on google maps. Once an account has been created, product prices and favourite specs can be saved to produce future quotes in less than 5 minutes. All quotes and estimates can be saved for re-use or reference, saving hours of paperwork and cutting down on filing!

The smartphone app allows you to walk the length of a fence line and record where posts are required. It then creates a track which can be uploaded to the Quote Builder from where you can configure the job and produce a materials list, analyses costs for the project and finally print off a professional looking quotation for your client.
